To return a garment(s), please email us with a request for a Return Authorization Number (please note the reason for your requested return within your email); then follow the noted steps:
1. Garment(s) must be in original condition (not washed or worn) and in original labeled plastic bag. Please understand this is for the health of the children. 2. Garment(s) tags must be intact 3. Return garment(s) in a Tyvek envelope via USPS to: Eczema Cotton Comfort, Inc. Attn: Returns PO Box 67 Brush Prairie , WA 98606 4. Include copy of original invoice and/or packing slip – which references order number and date 5. Include a copy of the email reflecting your request and receipt of a return authorization number. 6. Garment return must be received by ECC within 30 days of original Order Date
Once garment is received and inspected you will receive a refund of the original garment purchase price (excluding shipping costs and a $5.00 processing fee - if another order is placed before return, we will waive the $5.00 processing fee) which will be processed through a secure refund to the Credit Card originally used on our web site (serviced by: PayPalPro Merchant services). If the garment is not returned in original condition or repackaging is required there will be a reduction in the refund amount. No refund will be issued without receipt and reference of the required Return Authorization Number. Thank you.
